Oh my goodness, Thrulls are back and they are bad, but this new mechanic is called Extort which is as follows "Whenever you cast a spell, you may pay either a white or a black, If you do each opponent loses 1 life and you gain that much life." and it's slapped onto a 4, White, Black 4/4 named Treasury Thrull which has the ability, Whenever it attacks, you may return target artifact, creature or enchantment card from your graveyard to your hand. Note it doesn't have a CMC restriction like Sun Titan, or a Artifact restriction like Sharuum the Hegemon, it just says return target whatever, not bad balance wise honestly, White/Black decks will love this in EDH and this is a limited powerhouse.
