Hello all and welcome to the 2nd edition of the emporium for today, today's 2nd article talks about the promo cards in Innistrad which is this year's new fall set, we've already seen the prerelease cards yes i said cards not card, now let's take a look at what release card that wizards has decided on this year.
Yes it's a earlier card in which i spoiled yesterday, Ludevic's Test Subject/Ludevic's Abomination in promo card form these two are going to be for the release parties which always take place after a set has launched officially and in this case innistrad launches on September 30th, 2011 which the following weekend will have release events all over the world, so you get this cool dual card just for particpating, remember as always with a release you cannot use the promo card in your deck, i try to stress that each time i post a new release card for you folks to view, this was announced via today's magic the gathering mothership arcana, now onto the game day promos for this year, let's take a look see at what wizards wants to give us for our game day this time.
Diregraf Ghoul is the Particpation card this time around, which is not that bad personally, the next card i'm about to show is the card you get for making the top 8 of the game day
Yes Elite Inquisitor is your game day top 8 promo for this set, which isn't much of a surprise to be honest i was expecting this to be something better, now onto the Buy-A-Box promotion card now as well which is supposed to be good
Yes it's Devil's Play which is that sorcery spell with Flashback, you will get this for purchasing a box of Innistrad on the September 30th, 2011 release date, note stores only have to give 1 out to you, so don't be sad if you don't get a full playset of this sorcery, most stores will only have about 20 per store, so not very many going around personally, honestly that's it for today, we all know the prerelease card and know that we have our promo cards for the set, let's get down to spoilers, since it is Innistrad Preview Week no 1 at the mommaship, this is vergil signing off.
